Shipping Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on nordveneu.com to customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a separate email with tracking information once it has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders to addresses within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and VAT

Nordven is registered for UK VAT and EORI. The prices shown at checkout include all applicable UK VAT and import duties on orders shipped to the United Kingdom, so you should not be charged any additional customs fees on delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order at any time using our order tracking page: nordveneu.com/apps/aftership.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nordven is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@nordveneu.com and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@nordveneu.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
